  • Own the annual events plan and quarterly programming cadence.
  • Plan and run monthly office events, team lunches, and activities.

  • Proven ability to organise employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Facilities management experience with vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented; manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-service mindset and passion for great in-office experience.
