- 3+ years in office management or related roles in growing organizations.
- Experience managing facilities, vendors, logistics, and internal events.
- Strong organizational skills; able to create structure/docs at scale.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with evolving responsibilities.
- Experience handling sensitive issues with discretion and integrity.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent professional experience.
