📋 Description

  • Support daily office operations and facilities requests.
  • Manage Jira tickets and Slack requests for the office.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance, repairs and services.
  • Assist health and safety activities in the office.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness tasks (evac drills, docs).
  • Coordinate internal events and replenish kitchen supplies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Eagerness to be present at the Lisbon office five days a week.
  • Recent graduate in Facility Management or 1–2 years in facilities.
  • Experience in facility or hospitality roles is a plus.
  • High responsibility, drive, and service orientation.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail; autonomous work.
  • Strong English communication; Dutch preferred.
