Office Facility G&A Day Porter

📋 Description

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in office common areas and suites.
• Perform routine walkthroughs to spot issues and address them.
• Assist with light facility tasks: bulbs, layout, minor repairs.
• Support moves, setups, events, and furniture adjustments.
• Keep conference rooms ready and stocked for use.
• Manage pantry and beverages: restock, inventory, organize.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Open availability for overtime, holidays, or adjusted schedules.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks during the shift; lift up to 35 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
