  • Oversee daily office operations: facilities, maintenance, supplies, and deliveries.
  • Execute employee experience projects and events to boost engagement.

  • Greet employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers; ensure a smooth front-desk.
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support office needs.
  • Manage orders, billing, and company expenses.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, within the tech industry.
  • Available to work 5 days a week from our Tel Aviv office.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, service-oriented attitude.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a "can-do" attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • Team Player
