🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years supervisory/management in healthcare.
- Clinical background preferred (RN, PT, OT).
- Knowledge of state regulations.
- Proven record of goal achievement and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
- Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office.
