🎯 Requirements

  • Facilities and safety experience; IOSH not required but desired.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative and adaptable.
  • Strong English and Lithuanian; Latvian a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and willing to take on more responsibilities.
  • Initiative-driven and friendly.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality is a plus.
