  • 5+ years of experience in office management/administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating vendors or managing small office budgets (preferred).
