10+ years in cyber operations and intelligence within U.S. Government.
Deep expertise in Targeteering and DNEA/EA methods and tools.
Strong understanding of offensive and defensive cyber mission sets across domains.
Extensive multi-domain intelligence analysis (CYBER, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT).
Expertise in network analysis, persona development, and threat actor attribution.
Strong background in operational planning and mission execution in cyber environments.
