Overview
Oddball is seeking a Software Developer to join our remote team to work on Genesys Cloud integrations. This role involves designing, developing and maintaining software that enables advanced contact center capabilities on the Genesys Cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software features for Genesys Cloud integrations
- Build RESTful services and APIs
- Collaborate with product, design and QA teams
- Write unit and integration tests
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Hands on experience with Genesys Cloud platform
- Strong JavaScript and Node.js skills and REST API experience
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript or frontend technologies
- Familiarity with CRM integrations or contact center workflows
