Oddball is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our remote team. You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and help scale ML systems across data pipelines and services.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models in production
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate business problems into ML solutions
Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and ML tooling
Optimize model inference latency, monitor performance, and iteratively improve models
Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability

Requirements

5+ years of ML engineering or related experience
Strong Python programming
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience deploying ML models to production and MLOps
Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
SQL and data modeling skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have

Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in CS, Math, Statistics, or related field
Distributed training experience
Experience with large-scale datasets and data governance

Oddball
