Power Platform Fullstack Engineer – Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Power Platform Fullstack Engineer to join Oddball's remote-friendly engineering team. You will design and develop scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and integrate them with frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Build scalable frontend and backend components and integrate with REST APIs and external systems
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
Ensure security, reliability, and performance; write tests and participate in code reviews
Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape Oddball's development practices

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Fullstack development experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) and backend services (Node.js, .NET, or equivalent)
Strong experience consuming and building RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud services and DevOps practices
Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork in a remote-friendly environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms in addition to traditional development
Knowledge of data modeling and security best practices
Prior experience in agile development environments
