Oddball is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to join our team remotely. This role focuses on building robust data analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, clean, and transform data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define data models and metrics.
- Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to analyze large datasets.
- Ensure data quality and governance across data sources.
Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
