Overview
Oddball is seeking a remote Capture Manager to lead opportunity capture efforts for strategic pursuits. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop win strategies, manage bid processes, and craft compelling responses to RFPs. This is a fully remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute capture strategies for high-priority opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to build win themes and competitive analyses
- Manage capture plans, schedules, and bid/no-bid decisions
- Collaborate with Sales, Proposal, Engineering, and Customer Success to gather information and shape responses
- Prepare and review RFP responses and proposals, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Build relationships with customers and partners; represent Oddball in capture activities
- Track milestones, risks, and win probability within the capture process
Requirements
- Experience in capture management, proposal management, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- Familiarity with RFP processes and competitive procurement
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
