Oddball is seeking an Authority To Operate (ATO) Specialist to join our remote team. The ATO Specialist will support the organization by managing Authority To Operate processes, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance documentation. This remote role provides an opportunity to contribute to safe, compliant operations from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track Authority To Operate activities
- Coordinate with IT, security, finance, and operations teams
- Maintain and organize ATO documentation for audits
- Monitor deadlines and SLAs
- Support process improvements and onboarding
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in ATO, risk, compliance, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with documentation, data management, and basic IT concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
