- Process insolvencies on Kraken (Bankruptcies, IVAs, DROs, DMPs)
- Liaise with insolvency practitioners and debt advisers
- Monitor and respond to internal customer service queries
- Support the Sensitive Care Team across cross-functional cases
- Open and process incoming post related to insolvency cases
- Maintain accurate records and sensitive customer information
