Programme Manager, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of core supply chain programmes (e.g., warehouse transitions).
• Define scope, milestones, risks, and success measures; ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Build governance and reporting frameworks; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Work with Data and Finance teams to gather, clean, and align operational data.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track cost, service, utilisation, and delivery.
• Use data insights to prioritise initiatives and inform leadership decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in programme management or operational improvement in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Proven record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of CI methodologies and embedding a CI culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment with multiple priorities.
