Joining their existing growing Sheffield-based team, you'll

guide cross-functional teams spanning electronics, software, and firmware, chinese supply chain and ongoing product support in the field. In this role, you will collaborate to drive the successful planning and execution of multi-disciplinary initiatives that integrate hardware and software systems with the Chinese supply chain. With the ability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing multiple priorities (“spinning many plates”), and brings strong organisational and communication skills to drive alignment across diverse teams and time zones with the ultimate goal of to align engineering teams toward business goals.

Key activities

Work with the Business leadership as well as operations to align program goals with business strategy, technology roadmaps and Operational realities

Work with the product focused CEO (who is also Head of Product) to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering, product, and business leadership teams.

Lead end-to-end program execution across hardware, software, and firmware teams, ensuring technical alignment and on-time delivery

Appreciate the constraints with Chinese suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to align production schedules, quality standards, and component readiness.

Implement program governance, status tracking, and stakeholder communication processes across stakeholders

Support post-deployment operations, maintenance and issue resolution in the field for the full life of the product.
