Own space planning, carrier bookings, and allocations for Jakarta gateway.
Coordinate daily with Account Management, Procurement, Allocation & Yield, and carriers.
Maintain space visibility across Flexport systems (FFA, FMT) and sailing schedules.
Drive optimal space utilization while following allocation rules and KPIs.
Escalate booking issues and manage exceptions with carrier offices.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance planning tools.

🎯 Requirements

3–7 years in freight forwarding, ocean carrier ops, or logistics planning.
Proven track record with carrier local offices or carrier customer service.
Strong understanding of TPEB and FEWB tradelanes, allocations.
Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, highly organized.
Proactive, data-driven problem solver in fast moving env.
