🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier ops.
Vietnamese (native) and English proficiency.
Process-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends occasionally).
Comfortable working with data and systems to support decisions.
