Execute booking and documentation with clients/carriers
Timely shipment troubleshooting and exception handling
Collaborate with Flexport AM and Planning for end-to-end export
Plan and execute special freight ops (DG, reefer, etc.)
Assist Associates on new business processes and projects
Support clients with expertise to make informed decisions
Act with integrity and uphold high standards for quality and service
Identify process/software needs to scale the team while improving quality and compliance
Contribute to procedures and systems to differentiate Flexport operations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in ocean operations or freight forwarding
Good written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus
Detail-oriented and structured; eager to learn global supply chain ops
Customer-focused; respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
