- Excellent stakeholder management; cross-functional influence.
- Commercial awareness; turn insights into action.
- Experience driving ideas to execution with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with data to diagnose problems and validate solutions.
- Action-oriented; challenge the status quo; continuous improvement.
- Compliance-first attitude; global trade relies on trust and regulation.
