📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories.
• Evaluate functional status, ADLs, endurance, and communication.
• Develop and adjust OT intervention plans with the team.
• Assess home environments for hazards and accessibility.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document care using state-of-the-art EMR on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• 1+ year OT experience; home care preferred but not required.
• Graduated from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program; transcript/diploma required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred; travel locally.
