Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Evaluate functional status: muscle, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environment for hazards and barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Educate patients and families on rehab care and document in EMR.

🎯 Requirements

Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
Prior home health experience preferred but not required.
Minimum 1 year OT experience.
Degree from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
Ability to work independently; strong time management; EMR experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
