🎯 Requirements
- Current DE OT license.
- Prior home care experience preferred, not required.
- At least 1 year OT experience.
- OT program accreditation by AMA/AOTA (transcript or diploma).
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
