Occupational Therapist (OT), Per Diem, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate patients’ functional status, including ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance to plan care.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and adaptations for outcomes.
• Continuously revise the OT care plan with the multidisciplinary team.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
