  • Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
  • Evaluate functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
  • Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects; develop interventions.
  • Identify hazards and barriers in the home environment.
  • Determine equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
  • Continually revise the occupational therapy care plan with nursing.
  • Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care.
  • Document observations and evaluations using an EMR touchpad.

🎯 Requirements

  • Missouri OT license.
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of one year of OT experience.
  • Graduation from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
  • We will train you!
  • Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
