Occupational Therapist (OT), Per Diem, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and independence barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Revise OT care plan and collaborate with the nursing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri OT license (current).
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
