Occupational Therapist (OT), Part Time, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan interventions.
• Check home environment for hazards and independence barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document care and interventions; coordinate with the care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of OT experience.
• Graduation from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program (provide transcript or diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; problem-solving.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to cases.
