Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home for hazards or barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

South Carolina OT license.
Minimum of one year of recent OT experience.
Graduate from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
