Occupational Therapist, (OT) - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, vision, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects; develop interventions.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Update the OT care plan and collaborate with nursing as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina OT license.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience.
• Degree from AMA/AOTA accredited OT program.
• Independent work skills; time management; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
