Occupational Therapist, OT, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate patients' functional status (muscle function, endurance, ADL/IADL).
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations and interventions using a state-of-the-art EMR on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD OT license.
• Minimum of one year OT experience.
• Graduation from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior EMR experience preferred.
