Occupational Therapist, (OT) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate functional status including muscle function, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations for better outcomes.
• Educate patients and families in rehab activities to promote health and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina OT license.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• At least 1 year OT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
