Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; plan interventions.
Evaluate home environment for hazards and independence barriers.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Document observations and care plans in EMR; collaborate with team.

🎯 Requirements

North Carolina OT license.
1+ year OT experience.
Degree from accredited OT program.
EMR experience preferred.
Independent work ethic with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
