📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status, endurance, and ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document care observations and plans in EMR on a touch pad.

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina OT license.
• Minimum one year OT experience.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
