Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, and ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current South Carolina OT license.
Minimum 1 year OT experience.
OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA; provide transcript/diploma.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
