Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status including ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan interventions.
Evaluate home environment for hazards and barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Continuously assess and revise OT care plans; coordinate with nursing.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Hawaii OT license.
Willing to travel in the assigned territory.
Graduated from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
1 year OT experience preferred.
