Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop individualized intervention plans.
Evaluate home environment for hazards; identify necessary adaptations.
Educate patients and families; document observations and interventions using EMR.

🎯 Requirements

Colorado OT license.
Minimum of one year OT experience.
Graduate from an accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA).
Ability to work independently; strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
