Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, and ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; plan interventions.
Evaluate home environment for hazards and independence barriers.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Document observations and interventions in EMR on a touchpad.

🎯 Requirements

Current Massachusetts OT license.
Minimum of one year OT experience; home care preferred, not required.
Graduation from an accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA).
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
