Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Evaluate functional status incl. muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, ADL and IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in EMR.

🎯 Requirements

Maryland OT license.
At least 1 year OT experience.
Graduation from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
