Occupational Therapist - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance for plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Minimum one year of recent OT experience.
• AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program graduation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
