Occupational Therapist- Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate patients' functional status, including ADL and IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; develop plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Educate patients and families in rehab to promote independence.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum one year OT experience; home care preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an OTA program accredited by AMA and AOTA (transcript/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
