Occupational Therapist- Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and adapt environments for independence.
• Document observations and care using EMR on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ OT license.
• 1 year recent OT experience.
• Graduation from accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA).
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers; EMR experience preferred.
