Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects; develop plans.
Evaluate home environment for hazards and independence barriers.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Document observations and interventions using EMR on a touch pad.

🎯 Requirements

A current DE Occupational Therapist license.
Graduate from accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA).
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
