Evaluate functional status including ADL/IADL and communication.
Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Educate and instruct patients and families in rehabilitative care for safety and independence.

🎯 Requirements

A current DE Occupational Therapist license.
Graduation from an OT program accredited jointly by AMA and AOTA.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
