  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

  • Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects; develop interventions.

🎯 Requirements

  • A current New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license.
  • At least one year of OT experience.
  • Graduation from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
