📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status (muscle function, endurance, ADL/IADL).
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects to guide intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards to promote independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations for better outcomes.
• Continuously assess and revise the OT care plan with nursing in a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii.
• Must be willing to travel in assigned territory.
• Graduate from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.
