  • Make home visits to clients in designated territories.

🎯 Requirements

  • A current Vermont Occupational Therapist license.
  • One year of OT experience; home care preferred but not required.
  • Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
