Occupational Therapist- Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations of functional status (muscle function, endurance, ADL/IADL).
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan rehab.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards to promote independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR via touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current VA Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience is preferred, not required.
• At least one year of OT experience.
• Graduate of an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; EMR familiarity.
