📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status, endurance, ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations and interventions; update care plan with nursing.

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri OT license current.
• 1 year minimum OT experience.
• Graduation from accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA).
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• EMR experience or strong computer skills.
